Keith Hope has been working in the decorating business for over 25 years and has been running his own company 'Ace Decor' since 1985. Although small in number, each member of the Ace Decor decorating team is qualified to 'City & Guilds' standard. These qualifications have been enhanced through time, hard work and attention to detail. All members of the team have the necessary skills and experience to perform the tasks set for them within a project. All projects are supervised by Keith. Keith has been a part-time evening lecturer at the South-East London Technical College, teaching 'Paint Technology' to City & Guilds Students. Keith believes strongly in customer service. He brings strong leadership to his company, while working alongside his team of decorators. Supervising each project is easy for Keith, as he ensures members of the team are well informed of the specification and all tasks to be completed. Brief Summery Keith sets up Ace Decor in 1985. 		Keith is highly qualified and experienced from years of service within the decorating industry. Keith trained for both the basic and advanced City and Guilds qualifications for decorators and achieved a distinction in both examinations. He went on to gain a further qualification, 'Full Technological Certificate', passing the Colour in Decoration module with a merit. In 1977, Keith was presented with an award from the 'Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers' for his award winning work in the advanced 'City & Guilds' craft examination. Keith's work was then exhibited at the Colour in Architecture Exhibition in London. Keith subsequently donated this piece of work to be exhibited at Painters' Hall. Keith progressed from finishing his apprenticeship with the local council, through working in the private sector before setting up his own company, Ace Decor in 1985. He has offered his talents and services to both domestic customers and commercial clients ever since. Brief Summery Keith is highly qualified & experienced. Work completed by Keith is Exhibited.
		Keith's 'hands-on' role is supported by his wife Carole's contribution to the business. Carole brings years of previous administration experience within the insurance industry to the task of keeping up with the paperwork! It is a testiment to their hard work and determination that Ace Decor has gone from strength to strength.
